Individual Instruction

During an individual Pilates session, you will work on the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and mat. Each session will be specifically designed for your needs and goals.

Individual sessions are ideal for athletes, dancers and musicians looking to improve performance or prevent repetitive stress injuries, pregnant women preparing to give birth and recovering after delivery, those with chronic pain, limited mobility, or neurological conditions affecting movement, and those recovering from injury or surgery.

For those primarily doing small group classes, an occasional individual session is a great way to boost your Pilates practice to the next level.







Duet Instruction

Duet training is a great way to train on the full range of Pilates equipment. A duet session consists of two people working simultaneously on the Reformer, Tower, Spine Corrector and mat. Each person purchases their own Intro Package (relatives can purchase and share 1 package), but only 1 person books the duet, and indicates in the booking the name of their duet partner.
